These salmon rolls are 11 cm long and 1 cm in diameter. This elongated format is intentionally versatile: given whole, it makes a nice end-of-day treat; broken into pieces, it provides rewards for an entire training session.

Trufféo's Advice
The long roll lends itself well to a treasure hunt: broken into eight or ten pieces and scattered in the garden, it keeps the dog occupied for a good while and engages its sense of smell. An activity that is more tiring than a walk of the same duration.
