Dog Comets Blazar Jet Retractable String Throw Ball
Dog Comets Blazar Jet Retractable String Throw Ball
Couldn't load pickup availability
The Blazar Jet is a ball attached to a retractable string with a ring at the end. You put your finger through the ring, spin it, and the slingshot effect sends the ball much further than an ordinary throw. The string then retracts into the ball's body.
Two immediate benefits: you gain distance without straining your shoulder, and you never touch a wet or muddy ball.
Highlights
Slingshot effect
- Much greater range than throwing by hand
- Dog runs further
All-in-one
- No separate launcher to carry
- String stores inside the ball
Clean hands
- You hold the ring, not the ball
- No saliva or mud
Highly visible
- Bold colors
- Easy to spot in the grass
Precautions
Check for clearance before each throw and never throw towards a person or animal.
Use under supervision. Do not leave your dog alone with this toy: the string is not intended for chewing, and swallowed fibers can cause an obstruction.
Trufféo's Advice
The string gives impressive range, and that's precisely where you need to hold back: twenty consecutive very long throws force the dog into explosive starts and abrupt stops, which are hard on the joints — especially for growing puppies, heavy dogs, or seniors. Ten low throws are better than a series of high, arcing throws.
